1) Who we are
True Horizon LLC (“True Horizon”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital products (guides, journals, planners, trackers, eBooks) and online 1:1 consultations through [truehorizonguide.com] (the “Site”). Our registered jurisdiction is Sharjah Media City (SHAMS), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
2) Eligibility
You must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent to use and purchase from the Site.
3) Our services & delivery
• Digital products are delivered by instant download or account access after successful payment.
• 1:1 consultations are delivered online (e.g., Zoom/Google Meet) at the time scheduled by you.
• We do not ship physical goods.
4) License for digital products
When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the files. You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, publicly display, or otherwise exploit the content except for your personal use.
5) No medical/financial/legal advice
Our content and consultations are for general guidance only. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice. Always seek a qualified professional for those areas.
6) Prices, payments & taxes
• Prices are shown in AED or USD (or the currency displayed at checkout) and may change without notice.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details.
• If taxes become applicable (e.g., VAT), they will be shown at checkout.
7) Booking, cancellations & no-shows (consultations)
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule ≥ 24 hours before your session.
• Late cancellation/no-show: Sessions cancelled within 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full.
• Packages: If you purchase multiple sessions, unused sessions expire after 6 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
8) Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (linked in the footer). In short:
• Digital products: No refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
• Consultations: Charged in line with the cancellation policy above.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days for help.
9) Your responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the Site, including but not limited to: copying or redistributing our content; reverse-engineering; attempting to breach security; using the Site for unlawful purposes; or infringing our or others’ intellectual property.
10) Intellectual property
All site content, trademarks, product designs, text, graphics, and media are owned by or licensed to True Horizon LLC and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited license in Section 4, no rights are granted.
11) Third-party services
We use reputable providers for payments, hosting, video calls, email, and analytics. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
12) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Horizon is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or services.
13) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold True Horizon harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
14) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Venue is Sharjah, UAE. We encourage amicable resolution; otherwise, competent UAE courts shall have jurisdiction.
15) Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new date/version on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
